What We Offer:
* 2 open chairs/booths in a clean, professional salon
* Shared shampoo station, steamer, and drying station
* Reception area with computer, client seating, and TV/entertainment
* Amenities: Refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, private bathroom
* Prime Harlem location, close to A/C and 2/3 trains
Weekly rent: $100–$250/per week

Ideal renters will have:
* A consistent client base (enough to sustain weekly chair/booth rent)
* Ability to rent as soon as possible
* Examples of work from the last 6 months (Instagram, photos, website, etc.)
* Ability to work independently (manage your own bookings, clients, supplies)
