Seen Studio is a private loft on West 29th Street in Chelsea, diligently designed to stop guests at the door. Every corner was considered: the art, the light, the texture, the way the room makes your clients feel the moment they walk in.

Arrival begins in a dramatic black gallery hallway, softly lit at the floor, before it opens into a sunlit loft with white beamed ceilings and pale oak floors. Three oversized windows pour natural light across the room, with views of classic New York water towers and skyline.

Inside, it feels more like a collector’s home than a studio. Sculptural wave lounger. Cognac leather sofa and a walnut shell chair. Flowing wood screens that curve through the room. A glowing paper lantern tower, a cloud-shaped pendant, framed original art, an oversized floor mirror, candlelight, and living greenery throughout.

Available Sunday through Wednesday, 10AM to 7PM. During your booking, the ENTIRE studio is yours. No shared salon traffic, no distractions.

RATES
Hourly: $125 (2-hour minimum)
Full day (10AM to 7PM): $550
Weekly block (Sun to Wed, 4 days): $1,500

Licensed services require a current NYS esthetics or cosmetology license and your own liability insurance.
