1. What messages you’ll receive

When you submit an inquiry or tour request through SalonRenter.com, you consent to receive transactional and informational messages from Salon Renter and the listing owner via SMS text, phone call, and email. These messages relate directly to your inquiry and may include:

We do not use this consent to send marketing or promotional content. Promotional messages, if any, require a separate opt-in.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 1–10 messages per inquiry). You will not receive recurring or bulk messages unless you separately opt in.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Salon Renter does not charge for these messages.

4. How to opt out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.

To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop phone calls, tell the caller or contact us at help@salonrenter.com.

6. Privacy of mobile data

Mobile information will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The salon owner you inquire with will receive your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, per our Privacy Policy.

7. Supported carriers

Messages are supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
