Fee Schedule:
1. Space Rental Fees
• Private Room: $1,000 per month
• Full-Time Chair or Lash Bed: $900 per month
• Part-Time Chair or Lash Bed: $500 per month
2. Commissions
• Private Events: 60% Lessee / 40% Lessor
(Applicable to services performed outside standard lease hours or terms.)
• Product Sales: 60% Lessee / 40% Lessor
3. Additional Fees
• Parking Space: $75 per space, per month
