Founded and owned by Erica Six (@erica6style), an award-recognized hairstylist, educator, and content creator, Blonde Culture was created with a vision: to bring together talented, motivated professionals in a beautiful, supportive environment where independence, artistry, and education come together.

– Licensed, with professional experience (2+ years preferred)

– Committed to providing an elevated client experience
– Interested in education, social media, and building their personal brand
– Experienced in blonding, dimensional color, brunettes, extensions, or other specialties
