I just finished renovation and now have multiple Solo Salon Suites available in Mobile Alabama. Most suites have water in room, all utilities and internet are included, and we installed a sink in the common room for cosmetology and permanent makeup licensing compliance. Rooms range in size from 90sf to 140sf and range in price from 500-650 a month. At the moment we are offering ”November Fee” so you can move in early and start to get established for December.
