Description
Ocean Breeze Lofts is a brand new, ground-floor luxury suite building at 3080 Tamiami Trail E in Naples, right on US 41 with entrances from both the north and south lanes and about a mile from the new JW Marriott. We have 33 private suites – 21 salon suites and 12 spa/med suites – Rent starts at $375/week.
Salon and spa services are in two completely separate, independently designed areas, so spa clients get extra privacy and quiet while salon pros get a space built for their work.

– Your own climate control for your suite
– Furnished salon styling stations with adjustable color lighting
– Wash bowl positioned away from the wall for full access, plus a separate chemical sink and storage nearby
– Individual electrical circuits separate from other suites, and dual circuits inside your suite
– Walls and ceilings rated 52 STC or better for real sound control between suites
The building:

– Tons of free parking right outside
– 24 hour electronic access
– Two laundry rooms, free to use
– Outdoor covered break area
– Onsite shower available for client use
– Free high speed WiFi
– Sophisticated interior design with comfortable waiting areas and a brand new lobby
