This sublease is perfect for a Massage Therapist, Somatic Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Reiki practitioner, Acupuncturist, Lash tech, or anyone looking for an office with a massage table. Since the lease ends in February 2027, this is also a great opportunity to try out the space before fully committing to a year-long lease. There will be an option to take over the lease (since this is shared with me, the rent will be at least double the rate I am subleasing it) at the end of February 2027. If you’d be interested in signing a new lease in February, I would maybe consider selling the suite furnishings (including hydraulic massage table) to you. You would be required to provide your own liability insurance.
