Room 1: 12×15. Very spacious room. $1,100 a month. Comes with massage table!

Room #2: 12×10. Is occupied by another esthetician 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and is available for a discounted rate of $800 a month.

Absolutely stunning open lash space at Kat Eye Studios one of the cutest salons in San Diego! The place was re-done completely and is a gorgeous space for any lash artists, brow artists, facialists, massage therapists, nail artists or any esthetics (permanent make-up excluded). I have three “lash” beds that are available for rental in an open space that has GORGEOUS new accent walls and a beautiful space for you to work. Any esthetics services can be done in the open area, minus Brazilians and permanent make-up. Stools, lights, and beds included. All open lash bed rentals will be $40 a day at a minimum of two days a week. (pick your days). Great for new lash artists just starting out with flexible cost! All spaces are available for 6 month or 12 month lease with very affordable rent.
