Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated hairstylist to join our team as a booth renter. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the art of hairstyling, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong desire to build and maintain their own client base.
1. Provide a wide range of hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet the needs and preferences of clients.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences, offering expert advice and recommendations as needed.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, personalized attention, and effective communication.
5. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and client bookings efficiently.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry to continuously improve skills and services.
7. Handle financial transactions accurately and maintain records of client payments and services rendered.
8. Participate in salon events, promotions, and marketing activities to attract new clients and promote the salon’s services.
9. Uphold professional standards of conduct and appearance at all times, representing the salon with professionalism and integrity.
1. Valid cosmetology license in Georgia.
2. Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
6. Knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry.
7. Willingness to adhere to salon policies and guidelines, including booth rental agreements.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow your own business within our salon.
