The Room: An approximately 114 sq. ft. blank canvas. The room will be provided completely empty. You are free to decorate and furnish it however you like to create the perfect environment for your clientele.
Lighting: Quiet interior room with no windows, providing a peaceful atmosphere and excellent, bright, controlled overhead lighting for precision work.
Plumbing: No built-in sink in the room, but the private suite bathroom is located directly across the hall. Optional: A portable sink is available to add to your space for an additional $10/month.
Building Perks: 24/7 client and provider access (your own set of keys), elevator and stair access, and full use of the shared break room equipped with a microwave and sink.
Parking: Plenty of free, stress-free parking for you and your clients.

Month-to-month flexibility. Rent is due every Friday.

Option 3: Part-Time Room Share / Co-Working
Want to split the space and the cost with a colleague? We welcome room sharing! To utilize this option, both practitioners must apply and sign together to start the lease at the same time.
