$800/month (includes water, electricity, internet)

• Access to shared bathroom
• Peaceful, spa-like atmosphere
• Off- Street Parking Lot

Suitable for:

• Licensed Massage Therapists
• Reiki Practitioners
• Acupuncturists
• Other quiet, holistic wellness services

Not suitable for: Hair, nails, or any services that create loud noise. Not looking for an esthetician at this time.

• Must maintain a quiet, calm, and professional environment in line with spa standards.
