I’m opening up one private room in my 3-room studio, The Little Gem, on Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and opened The Little Gem in 2019, and I’d love to share the space with an experienced pro who takes pride in their craft and cares about their clients.
The room:
• Private treatment room, about 120 sq ft
• Unfurnished, with the option to keep the existing cabinets for storage and product
• Windowless for privacy and a calm, controlled-light setting
• Upstairs suite in a secure buzz-in building
• Shared bathroom with sink and a shared storage closet
• Shared tandem parking space
• $900 per month, utilities included
• Available as early as December
What you’ll need:
• Your own establishment license and liability insurance
• Your own independent business, clients, and booking
• Solid experience in your specialty and an established clientele
I focus on brows, lashes, and waxing, so I’m looking for someone whose services complement mine, like facials and skincare, lash extensions, nail artist, or permanent makeup. All services must be properly licensed in California. No med spa or hair services, please.
