The rooms are located inside the beautiful and spacious 4:14 Salon & Spa, Arlington, Virginia. Located near the Clendon metro stop, this is the perfect place for licensed hairstylists, barbers, makeup artists or technicians considering returning to work, and ideal for traveling beauty industry professionals exploring new markets. Currently we have two private rooms available with a sink, counter area, and attached storage above-and-below the sink built-in area.

There are no long-term contracts required. Just choose a week, work only for that week (if you choose), then simply “rinse and repeat” if/when you like. It’s really that simple, and you prefer, we also offer monthly contracts for long-term usage, with the convenience of monthly commitment (vs. annual), a win-win for you and your clients. All utilities are included in your weekly or monthly rental fee along with a host of other premium amenities to include:

Also, a recent comprehensive overhaul to the professional Security System Suite has been performed to offer a safe, convenient, and highly accessible workspace offering a host of highly competitive and desirable amenities.

– Cozy Waiting Area for Clients – an inviting and accommodating waiting room area featuring chilled bottled water for your clients as well as a convenient coffee bar area featuring hot coffee, various common and exotic tea blends, hot filtered water on demand, and an assortment of natural sweeteners.

– New Commercial Washer/Dryer – Brand new commercial clothes washer/dryer for hand towels, smocks, spa room laundry, etc. as well as a stock of laundry detergent and various cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

– Convenient Break Room – A comfortable and convenient break room area featuring a full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, table and chairs, and a sink area with hot-and-cold running water to help make the most of your breaktime between clients.

– Professional Front Desk Area – A stylish and professional front desk area for our renters to receive, schedule, and process payments for their clients, as well as a roomy coat closet, and convenient umbrella stand in the front common areas to accommodate your clients during in climate weather.

– Full Access to Your Area – Our spaces are available for our renters to access 24/7/365 for the purpose of opening, closing, setting up for the day, breaking down equipment, bookkeeping, scheduling, cleaning/maintaining tools and equipment, and related tasks. Our talented beauty professionals can welcome their clients into the salon and spa areas from 8 am to 10 pm, seven days per week, 365 days per year.

– Unique Outdoor Space – A quaint and serene private outdoor break area is perfect for processing clients or for you to take a quiet break between clients.

– Free Client Parking – Free underground parking (2 hours) for your clients. Also, plenty of street parking with two safe and convenient professional parking garages nearby if needed after their appointment. Cleaning is provided throughout the salon and common areas; the private rooms are maintained by their occupants to maintain professionalism and privacy for our esteemed renters and their clients.

– Recent Upgrades & Renovations – the salon has been renovated and significantly upgraded over the past two years to include extensive lighting, sound, security, and equipment upgrades. Private rooms will undergo a comprehensive cleaning, update, and minor renovation prior to move in; rooms will be ready to view/tour on or around February 1st and, will be available for move in ~ February 15th (+/-).
