Synergy Holistic Esthetics is an established, award-winning spa in Georgetown offering a private treatment room for rent to a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist who is ready to operate and grow their own independent practice in a professional spa environment.
This is a room-rental opportunity, not an employment position. You will operate your own business, manage your own clients and schedule, and retain your service revenue while enjoying the benefits of working within an established spa.
Rent: $275 per week
The space includes:
– Private treatment room
– Professional spa environment
– Shared reception/waiting area
– Access to the spa from 7 AM–8 PM
– Individual door access code
– Shared client parking
– Established spa location with existing facial, sugaring, skincare and massage clientele
– Opportunity for organic referrals and cross-referrals within the spa and surrounding businesses. We are next door to a Chiropractor & Acupuncturists.
We are looking for a professional, reliable LMT who wants the independence of running their own massage practice without the expense and responsibility of leasing an entire commercial space.
Renter Requirements:
– Current Texas Massage Therapist License
– Professional liability insurance
– Operate as an independent business
– Maintain your own clientele, scheduling and payments
– Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
– Handle your own linens/laundry and massage supplies
– Respect the professional atmosphere and existing clientele of the spa
The initial rental agreement is a 6-month commitment, followed by month-to-month rental.
