Looking to add a hairstylist and esthetician to our small boutique salon! We are a small 2 chair, 2 room salon located on arrow and mountain in upland, ca. We currently offer hair services, lashes, facials and waxing. The salon is a total of about 1,500 square feet with floor to ceiling windows, a private security system, upgraded flooring and a private restroom.

The salon station is available full or part time. Full time rent is $950 part time rent is $550 a month. This includes wifi, all utilities, towels and 24/7 access.

The lash room is available part time ( 4 days a week) for $550 a month. This is a shared room but can be made into a private room no problem. This room is perfect for lashes or waxing as there is no sink in the room. Rent includes all utilities and wifi, 24/7 access and towels if needed.
