We have one fully furnished space available to rent for a full-time lash, tattoo or piercing artist. This is an open concept space with a clear glass partition, separating one other work space and an office. INCLUDED IN RENT: * Hydraulic massage table with ivory waterproof bed cover and stool * Tray with small drawer and small shelf * CosmoGlo lighting * Husky trolley for lash supplies and storage * 1 ivory shelf for display of licensing, already decorated * Available to rent 1 alcove, already decorated, for retail sales * Shared break area with usage of refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine * Access to sink and purified drinking water + sink supplies such as soap and paper towels * Utilities including electric, water (sink), air conditioning and internet * Vinyl signage of your business name or logo may be provided at the window of our entrance at your cost, if requested * Biweekly cleaning services provided * Space protected by RING systems * Paid parking, otherwise street parking as available JUST A FEW NOTES: 1. All other workable supplies, bed sheets, etc. is renters responsibility. 2. Rent includes a full time, ‘come and go as you please’, schedule. Meaning, your space won’t be used by any others with the exception if we have a training scheduled and would need your work area. This could happen only once in a while and you will have well ahead of time notice. Your rent will also be prorated (deducted for that day) for that month., if so. 3. This space is already fully furnished. Other furniture brought in must be previously approved in order to create brand cohesion. 4. No additional guests or children are allowed in the studio since we are a tattoo shop and there is no waiting area. PARKING: 1. There is a parking structure paid per day (or for your clients, paid per half hour). This space is available now.
