Signature Beauty Lounge (SBL) is a newly created beauty space located at 169A Utica Avenue in Brooklyn, offering a limited number of booth rental opportunities for licensed, professional, and team-oriented beauty professionals.

We’re looking for entrepreneurs who want to build their own clientele and brand while working alongside other professionals in a welcoming, collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to run your business, serve your clients, and grow at your own pace without the high overhead of operating your own salon.

Founding Beauty Professional Rate: $175/week

Our special founding rate is available for September and October 2026, with the standard rate scheduled to increase to $200/week beginning in November. Professionals who make an eligible longer-term commitment during the introductory period may have the opportunity to lock in the $175/week founding rate.

Signature Beauty Lounge is ideal for a beauty professional who already has, or is actively developing, a clientele and is ready for greater independence without taking on the expense of opening an entire salon.

We are especially interested in professionals who value professionalism, collaboration, reliability, client experience, and mutual support. While everyone operates their own business, our goal is to create a space where professionals can grow individually while also contributing to a positive salon community.
