Beauty Bungalows Roseville Fairway is opening in October 2026 with 30 brand-new private suites designed for independent beauty and wellness professionals looking for premium amenities, fixtures, and a great location.

Our fully renovated location will feature 12 premium window suites with natural light and a variety of suite sizes for hairstylists, estheticians, barbers, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, massage therapists, makeup artists, and other independent professionals.

Suites include luxury cabinetry and furnishings, individual climate control, free utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry, 24/7 access, and break-room amenities, and a professionally managed environment designed to help you focus on growing your own business. Plus, we have our own custom booking app, if needed.

Located in the Fairway Creek Shopping Center in Roseville at the corner of Fairway Drive and Five Star Boulevard, we offer convenient access to Highways 65 and 80, abundant parking, restaurants, and surrounding retail. Starbucks is right next door, Costco is across the street, and Target is around the corner.
