You can purchase multiple listings. After your first listing, you get up to 50% off every additional listing (depending on 3 or 6 month package). 

You can list any type of space that is legal for beauty professionals to work in. Suites, booths, entire salons, private rooms, lash beds, massage tables, etc. List them all!

The entire purpose of our platform is to find more renters for your salons. We are constantly trying new marketing tactics to get more attention on the platform. 

Our main marketing focus is SEO. We want to show up on Google for people looking for salon space rentals. 

That being said, we try many other channels including (but not limited to) Social Media Marketing, Organic Social Media, Google Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Influencers Marketing, Email Marketing, etc. 

If there is a chance it will help find you renters, we are going to try it. 

You create your listing the way you want to! 

The most important things to get right.

1) Beautiful Pictures. Seriously if your pictures suck you aren’t going to get any leads! If you need to, pay a professional. It will help!

2) Give your description some life. Experiment with Chat GPT to help create the description text that highlights your salons unique features. 

3) Talk about why you are different and why someone should come rent in your salon/suite.

When you create a listing, you  get access to an analytics dashboard. It shows you the number of listing views, unique views, traffic over the last 60 days, and where the traffic is coming from. 

You also get full list and history of any messages/inquiries sent on your listings.
