Treatment Rooms for Rent

Wellness center, metaphysical store and collaborative art studio has 3 rooms available for rent. We are currently home to 2 massage therapists, hair salon, energy worker, 2 IR saunas, metaphysical store, and an art studio.

Hair salon is also looking to share their space the days they aren’t in. Must be established and have clients.

This is a business space only. Rent is all inclusive of utilities. New tenant must be on the quiet side during massages. 24 hour access, you get keys and set your own schedule. First and Last at lease signing, year preferred will entertain other ideas. Proof of business and insurance required.

Rooms are 10×9 ($575), 10×14 ($600) with a window and 10×20 ($650) no window.
