Hi! we currently have a large private room available for rent for one or two renters. this space is perfect for one or two licensed cosmetologist, Estheticians or health and wellness professionals this room comes with an option to keep the current wipeable chair, new husky storage station with locking capabilities and new Horizon Light or remove it all and set up the room to your needs and comfort. We also have open bay luxury beauty recliners available perfect for Lash services, brow services , teeth whitening or any service available in open spaces. Our luxury recliner stations come ready for move in with brand new Husky storage systems with locks for security on your products if needed and new Horizon light. (Rent includes utilities) Private break room with a full size fridge, snacks for renters  a private bathroom separate from client restroom.  Ample parking in front and surrounding our studio with multiple parking lots and parking garage across the street.
