What is the lease term for your salon suite rentals and are there flexible options? We offer 1 or 2-year lease options with a break-lease option if needed. 3. What is the process for setting up my luxury suite? You’ll start with an application to rent a salon. Once approved, we will send you the lease agreement and an ACH form. The city of Holladay requires a business license. 4. What marketing and business support is available? We are here to support you on this journey. We do our best to share each post to our story on Instagram. Sola offers webinars and podcasts with hundreds of hours of content on marketing and other materials to help you build and sustain your beauty business. 5. Are there shared spaces, common areas, or other amenities that come with the salon studios? Yes! We have a break room and an attached laundry facility, two unisex restrooms, and a women’s restroom with solid wood doors for your privacy. We also have a drinking fountain with a water bottle filler. Our zen is outside in our courtyard, where you and clients can sit back and enjoy some fresh air during your day. 6. How do I handle utilities and maintenance issues? Let us take care of that for you! You are responsible for issues related to furniture, decor, or other products supplied related to the operation of your own business. 7. What services are allowed within Sola Salons, Holladay? Whether you’re a beauty professional, nail tech, massage therapist, eyelash guru, hair stylist, or cosmetologist, plus so much more… we have the luxury salon space for you. The only service that is not allowed is tattooing. PMU IS allowed, as well as body piercing. 8. Why can’t tattoo artists be allowed to work in Sola? We are a diverse location and welcome all. Unfortunately, a city ordinance does not allow tattooing within the township proper of Holladay.
