Looking to hire a licensed cosmetologist and licensed nail technician to rent a small booth. This space is ran by a resident association and is located inside a 3 story high rise. The space is perfect for one who already has cliental built up, but needs a cheap space to rent. All rent collected goes into a resident association where that money is used towards resident events/cable bill. The space is shared, with 1 hair stylist already renting a space. Must be able to pass a 5-year background check and be able to handle a wide range of clients.
