We are newly renovated and open for business!  We are located in the Central West End area near Forest Park.  We have a beautiful suite available for rent.  This Suite is tailored for a Hairstylist, Make-up Artist or Aesthetician.  We are asking for $200 per week.  Included in your rent is all utilities paid including WiFi for you and your clients.  We offer FREE off-street parking for your clients and free secured parking for you.  We also include bi-weekly cleaning services.  Because we are located in an apartment building we have access to those amenities as well; including a weight/work room with full service equipment and laundry facilities.  We offer a very comfortable clean and stress free work environment.  Please come by and take a look at the space!
