Shared space set up for estheticians

Hi I lease my suite monthly with “My salon suite” in mission valley. My rent is due every Monday $340 (half would be $170) plus $10 for a key fob. I want someone also using my space part-time when I’m not there cause I still have my regular 9-5 so I’m there about 3-4 days a week.
