*1 small room comes with a sink bowl & chair.
*1 small room is empty but has plumbing you can hookup.

1 large room approx. 200 sq ft.
*Large room has black sink bowl & chair with 3 mirrored stations that are available with the room.

Suites can be used for hairstylists, nail tech, lash/brow, estheticians etc. All are welcome.

Small suites are $500 a month
Large suite is $800 a month
