At Shadow Image Studios, we specialize in designing and building custom spaces tailored to the unique needs of small businesses. While our passion and expertise shine in salons and spas, we welcome the opportunity to bring any business vision to life.

Shadow Image Studios provides:

⁃ First week free! 

⁃ In-house washer and dryer (free)

⁃ Shared waiting/reception area restroom

⁃ Toilet paper paper towels supplied

⁃ Stand behind shampoo bowls and separate sink in each studio ( if needed, or bring your own and we will install)

⁃ Security deposit waived with two year lease

      –    Good ventilation and exhaust systems for healthy air

     – One week vacation per year ( rent reimbursement)
