Royal Factory is a boutique salon offering clients a rich environment where they can be styled from head to toe.  With a unique concept in which a salon is incorporated into an upscale women’s clothing boutique located in the heart of Columbus Ohio across the street from The Ohio State University.   With a regular inflow of students, young professionals and staff at OSU will provide a great opportunity to expand your client base while offering your current clients an upbeat salon  experience where they can grab a haircut and if they desire a new outfit and accessories to show off their new hair style.

We are seeking experienced, talented hair stylists to join our salon as we are offering chair rentals.  This is a unique opportunity for independent professionals who want to run their own business.  As a Chair Rental, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule, manage your own clients, while providing a wide range of hair services.

Qualifications:

– Valid cosmetology license

– Proven experience of 6+ years as a hair stylist or barber

-Clean professional appearance with good hygiene at all times and likes to maintain a clean environment when working

– Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, and product recommendations

– Excellent communication, positive attitude,    and customer service skills always reflecting a professional environment

– Ability to work and manage business independently.
