Rent a room but still have it all!

Here at Phia Pellé we currently have two rooms still available for rent. I created this space to be unlike any other suite rental options out there. Here you have your own treatment room and run your own business but the common space is for everyone. You and your clients will have full access to the beautiful waiting area, full kitchenette, refreshment bar, restroom, as well as room for retail display outside of the treatment room. This allows you to give your clients the full experience without the unwanted cost.

Additionally, at Phia Pellé the goal to have all service providers specialize in different areas. The space currently has an Esthetican specializing in facials and eyelash extensions as well as a full body wax specialist. We are looking for anyone who may offer services that pair well with these. EX. massage therapist, IV drip, Injectors, PMU, body wraps, acupuncturist, etc.

Each tenant will have there own key code to enter the building, as well as a key to their personal treatment room that only they have access to.
