Private Lash Room for Rent – Part-Time or Long-Term – Mesa, AZ

I have a super cute lash suite that I’m willing to rent out on the days I’m not using it. If you’re a lash artist, esthetician, or just someone looking for a cozy, private space a couple of days a week, this could be perfect for you.

The room is fully set up and ready to go, treatment bed, sink, bright lighting, comfy vibe, all the essentials. There’s also a chill waiting area and plenty of easy parking, which is always a win. It’s a clean, cozy space where you and your clients can feel comfortable. All you would need is your own supplies and any other tools you may need.

Right now, I’m offering it part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (FULL DAYS) but I’m pretty flexible and open to figuring out something consistent if you’re looking for a long-term spot.
