Location is currently occupied by a lash artist looking for a booth renter for Sundays & Mondays! this location would be ideal for a licensed aesthetician or cosmetologist! massage therapist are welcomed as well!

Amenities include sink in studio, wifi, a/c, laundry suite on site + snacks and refreshments for clients + full accessibility to suite on Sundays & Mondays.

Weekly Sublease rent is $160 at a rate of $80 per day. Stylist is responsible for booking themselves as well as providing their own liability insurance. Stylist are liable to pay their own rent even if their suite is not in use.
