Full Service Luxury Salon and Spa at The Section 10/The Lakes/Summerlin/Las Vegas. Includes marketing and branding. Spa like experience with tranquil ambiance. Provides towel service for renters. Offers beverages and snacks to clients and staff (includes chocolate and non-alcoholic champagne). Available: 6 hairstylist stations (large $175 per week and $50 per day or small $150 per week and $40 per day), and 1 lash bed that can be used for waxing and facials with curtains for privacy ($100/week or $30/day). First 2 weeks is free. Just pay security deposit of two weeks. We are also looking for a cosmetologist who can do hair, skin, and nails at 60%-70% commission. There is also the option to sublease the entire suite for $15,000 with $2,000 monthly rent and half of the utilities.
