Licensed Nail Artist Table Weekly Rent

Exclusive private two room studio located on sandlake road and 2 minutes from FL Mall. I am Boss Beauty & Lashes Orlando, and We are in a newly renovated building and studio. We are looking for a licensed nail artist to rent out a table to take clients. Only nails no pedicures. High volume and clientele for lashes, facials, and brows. Potential for fully booked days and weeks due to my years in business and my fully booked weeks. Brand new nail table, chair, organizers and lamp is included. Nail supplies not included since this is a table for rent. Weekly rent or monthly rent is accepted which ever is suitable. 6 months-1 year lease agreement. 30 day notice prior to leases being up and 2 week deposit needed.
