The Impact you can have:

Daily, you’ll have the opportunity to display your artistry in ways that draw out the potential in all guest-delighting them with the newest trends, ideas, enhancing their esteem, and setting then loose to conquer their worlds.

You’ll accomplish all this by:

• Performing hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments
• Building personal and professional rapport with all guests
• Providing professional product recommendations as part of all services
• Meeting/exceeding all individual sales and productivity goals.
• Attending mandatory education events and workshops
• Assisting in store duties (e.g., filling salon retail display and shelves)
• Adhering to all salon standards for guest service and cleanliness
• Attending manager/owner led monthly business development meetings to support personal business growth.
• Demonstrating your personal style

Hair stylist/Loctician/Braider/Barber Responsibilities:

• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Keeping up with trends including cutting and styling
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.

Hair stylist/Loctician/Braider/Barber Qualifications:

• Current Cosmetologist or Barber License is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• An engaging personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• You need good eyesight to observe a guest hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Lift 10-25 lbs.
• The ability to stand a minimum of 4 hours.

Station rental is $200-$300 a week.
