Furnished Fishtown Esthetician Studio!

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a gated studio office space building. The suite is open and has a calm vibe with beautiful exposed brick. The renter would share the space with another esthetician (the owner) but would be allowed to use equipment as we agreed upon for your services. Studio space is available for rent Saturday-Monday (additional days or times may be considered), during these days you would be free to come and go as you need and take clients any hours of the day. The renter would be their own business with their booking and pricing and keep 100% of their income. Rent would be paid every week for the use of equipment (as decided between renter and owner) and space.
