Esthetician/Tattoo PMU Removal Room – Downtown Miami

We are a new & upscale beauty clinic that specializes in micropigmentation. We are located in the heart of Downtown Miami, close to highways. This location is easy accessible for clients and has multiple parking options.

We currently have two rooms for occupancy – one esthetician room & one for tattoo/pmu removal. We are looking for other service providers that will fit with our brand and compliment our current services. Sliding doors will be added to add privacy.

The following are provided:

• Wifi
• Break room area
• Refrigerator
• Complimentary coffee/snack area for both service professionals & clients
• Security cameras
• Music
• Sink area

Must have your own clientele. However, our clients do ask for the service providers we’re looking for. 

No additional fees or commissions taken. Just the $1100/month for use of space of the larger room and $750/month for the smaller room.

*1st month and security deposit required. Minimum 6 months commitment.
