Esthetician Studio with two rooms available for rent!

I am a Solo Esthetician and Studio Owner looking to fill the two remaining rooms in my studio with Licensed Estheticians or Licensed Massage Therapists only. The space is in the heart of Broad Ripple and includes a shared lobby and bathroom. Included with the rent are client drinks and snacks and cleaning of all shared spaces. Rooms can be accessed 24/7 so you can make your own schedule.

Room 1: Huge room with space for retail, spa table and equipment, and a private seating area. The room has a huge wall of windows overlooking Broad Ripple, which makes for amazing natural lighting. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs, and customizations are allowed and encouraged! The room does not have an attached sink, but you have full access to a shared sink at any time. A portable sink may be added if needed.

Room 2: Small room ideal for waxer or massage therapist without the need for large storage. The room comfortably fits a medium dresser, massage table, work cart, and floating shelves. This room does not contain a window, but with a large window in the lobby, you won’t miss it. Ideal if your service requires privacy. The room does not have an attached sink, but you have full access to a shared sink at any time. A portable sink may be added if needed.
