Welcome to the OVA Lofts building located right in the heart of Fountain Square Indianapolis. It is also considered Downtown Indianapolis! Our building is similar to the salon lofts concept where all businesses are individually owned and have their own space to lease. However our concept, is a smaller, interactive, boutique, community feel!
The building itself was an old victorian home from the 1900s was completed renovated over the past year. Our renovation was even filmed on the HGTV ’Goodbones’ show, check out Season 8 Episode 5 to see the full renovation!
The building is 2 levels. 1st floor we have 4 hair booths, 1 beauty suite, and 1 Day-of Wedding Bridal suite. The 2nd floor has 5 private beauty suites that all can be decorated how you want and have hot/cold water hook ups to place a sink inside if your business requires a sink.
