- Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
- Selling Bliss Mann Spa Esthetic concepts like Hydrafacial, Procell, Microdermabrasion and also peel services. esthetic services to existing and new clients
- Cross-selling other modalities that may enhance esthetic services
- Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
- Educating clients on our different treatments and products
- Assisting with office operations including greeting customers, selling services, light cleaning of room, etc.
Qualifications
- You are a licensed esthetician practicing with proof of sales of 2 years of experience or more
- You have experience with some of the following: Hydrafacialist, Facials, Microdermabrasion, skin treatments, micro channeling (Procell) chemical peels, etc.
- Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
- You value ethics and integrity.
- Reflect a professional image in your dress habits and grooming.
- You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
- A chipper attitude that is ready to hit the floor to build.
