”Contour Spaces” is located in Northridge conveniently placed in a busy shopping plaza with large FREE parking availability for your clients! This aesthetically pleasing office is perfect for independent business owners desiring to bring their clients within the beauty, hair, cosmetics, fitness, or body treatment business to a whole new level. Our rooms are also perfect for doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, or any medical/health professional to use for consultations and/or client treatments. Rental fee comes with a front desk concierge to greet your clients, an electric leather procedure bed/chair, digital weigh scale, a vanity area for makeup removal complete with cool-moist aromatherapy towels, coffee, tea, water and a restroom for your clients within the office (renters have access to an employee refrigerator, sparklettes water dispenser machine, and printer). Renters can also have access to the use of white linens, towels, and head wraps for clients. Retail shelf display space is available for each business owners own product sales.

Rental plans can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Clients are provided with options of renting a suite per day, weekly or monthly depending on the clients type of business or needs. Perfect for NEW business owners just getting started in any industry! For doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, personal/stretch trainers rooms may be rented on an hourly basis for consultations or client follow ups.

(Please note: Renters will only have access to their suite during the normal business hours of Monday through Sunday when Concierge is on site. However, there will be flexibility to renters should there be alternate rental time needed)
