I’m subleasing my beautiful, thoughtfully curated hair studio inside Salon Republic at Pacific City — just steps from the beach. I’ve loved working here for the past 2 years and, with 14 years in the industry, it’s been a refreshing change to grow my business independently without the distractions of a traditional salon.

This space has been wonderful for both myself and my clients. There’s so much to do within walking distance — many of my out-of-town clients even turn their appointments into a full day by the beach.

This is not a walk-in location, so it’s best suited for someone with an existing clientele. I’m looking for a stylist who’s respectful, organized, clean, and honest. I’ve put a lot of heart into this studio and would love to share it with someone who values a calm, clean, and professional environment.

This is a 6-month sublease commitment, paid weekly, and you’ll receive your own key for independent access.
