ATTN: Aestheticians/PMU Artists/Aesthetic RN/Injectors – New Studio Rental in Downtown Tampa!

I am looking to share my BRAND NEW clinical Aesthetic/PMU Studio Space in downtown Tampa for 3 full days per week, anytime from as early as 8 am to as late as 8 PM, choice of days are currently flexible and can also be on a rotation basis (such as every other Friday, etc.).

Studio rent includes FREE parking for you and your clients, use of studio 3 days per week, all utilities, electric service table (sits straight up and lays completely flat) basic supplies (paper towels, wipes, biohazard waste, sharps container, etc.), booking software to plug in your own booking/payment services (if needed), just bring your own service supplies/kit, devices, products, insurance and licenses with you!

You will be able to put your products, devices, etc. in locked cabinets when you are not in the studio.  There are hundreds of professionals within the same building to market your services to, if you are looking for new clients or to grow your current clientele.  You can’t beat this beautiful, brand-new location!  The studio is near the International Mall, Airport, and many other business services and there are consistent and regular professional clientele who frequently visit the Hotel.

Monthly rent is $1500 firm.  If you are an Aesthetician, Medical Aesthetician, RN/Injector or PMU artist with at least 2-3 years of experience  preferred, and are interested in working 3 days per week, please send your resume to laserwoman007@gmail.com and tell me a little about yourself, what services you are interested in offering, any questions you might have, and when you are looking to make a move.  I am looking for the first person who can start 7/1/25.  I ask for a 12-month lease agreement with a $500 deposit, and all submissions are confidential.  I look forward to hearing from you!
