Hello! My business partner and I are looking to sublet a station in our hair salon suite located in Thornton, CO. We are hoping for a kind hairstylist as passionate about our industry as we are. Being a dog lover is a bonus!

About our location: We have a double suite so you have the possibility to be in the space with one of us at the same time you are. We are in a studio featuring frequent classes you will have full access to for free. You are not very likely to get walk-in clients, so keep that in mind if you are newer/still building clientele.

About your lease agreements: While you don’t need to provide an LLC, you will need to provide your own insurance- we have someone for you to contact and use if needed- and your license. Overall, we can be flexible about start time and weekly hours. We provide towels, capes, color bowls, color brushes, and application bottles. Right now, we are fully a Joico salon. If you are interested, you are welcome to use our back bar styling and care products (for a slightly higher rent price). There is a talented shear sharpener scheduled to come every 4 months that you are welcome to use. Depending on hours and use of our back bar products, rent will range from $185-$250 weekly.

About us: We have been in the industry 4-6 years each and love what we do. After leaving our last salon due to a toxic environment, we opened in April of this year. Both of us are proud dog moms. One of our corgis is usually in the salon with us on Saturdays when all clients are comfortable.
