THIS IS A SPA COLLECTIVE – A BUSINESS. IT’S CHARMING AND CONVENIENT!

Includes use of kitchen with mini-fridge and microwave, bathroom, utilities, wifi, water service and housekeeping in the common areas. There is an optional $25.00 monthly fee if you want your own room cleaned.

Your name/business will be on a sign outside the door.

This is a great deal!

If you only want the room part time, I will allow a roomshare if you have someone you want to share the room with so you’re both part-time – I just require a lease and payment from one person, and you work out the rest with your roommate! But it makes the rent ridiculously low when you share!

We are a four room spa collective. These rooms are great for massage, facials, lashes, holistic healers, and any type of practitioner, really.

I run a very quiet group with no BS or gossip – I am hands off (you are your own boss, of course), but I don’t put up with negativity!

Also, we do not accept walk-ins – all tenants are to be appointment only based.

We have a keyless door entry (coded) as well as a deadbolt. For late workers, this enables you to lock yourself in the collective while providing a treatment, and allows your next client to come in when given the door code.

Because I trust people, I am not requesting a deposit or last month’s rent. But I do screen to ensure you will be a good fit for our spa collective home.
